A note on the title of this blog: warriorsnow can be interpreted in two ways, both part of my inspiration.
Warrior Snow: reflects my intense love of snowboarding, which is my "way", my path. I'll write something about that sometime.
Warriors Now: Influenced by many concepts and experiences, including "Way Of The Peaceful Warrior" (now an inspiring movie, http://www.thepeacefulwarriormovie.com/ ), my experiences over the years in various martial arts, ideals and possibilities and victories of the human spirit. Also expresses my belief that we all have a warrior aspect which can be experienced Now.
My apartment gym (so far)
A range of kettlebells, doorframe pullup bar, training rings, 140kgs bumper plates and Pendlay olympic bar. About $2000, all told. I can't wait to get a place with a garage for my gym.
